- When and how can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order right after placing/submitting the order. You can email or WhatsApp us.
Just share your order number and name. Make sure you’re cancelling your order within 24 hours, otherwise, your order will be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Please do not cancel your order when the rider reaches your doorstep.

- Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, we do have an exchange policy on the below-mentioned condition.
- If you have a change of mind, the size is imperfect, or any other issue occurs, you can easily exchange your product.
- Exchange products should NOT be worn, torn, or dirty.
- All accessories including tags should be returned with the product.
- The product must NOT be fragrant by any perfume or washing.
- Animals’ hairs on products cannot be exchanged at all.
- Please return a product with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items on the exchange form attached to your order.
- The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be adjusted in any case. Both side deliveries apply to the consignee.
- Exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the exchange products.
- When we receive your product, our customer representative will contact you for an exchange.

- I need to return an item, How do I arrange for a pick-up or self-drop?
- We are not responsible for the pick up of exchange products in any city of Pakistan.
- You have to visit your nearest courier or post for an exchange.
- Please return a product with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items on the exchange form attached to every order.
- The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be adjusted in any case. Both side deliveries apply to the consignee.
- Exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the exchange products.
- When are exchanges not possible?
when the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, the exchange is not possible
- SALE products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The exchange must be initiated within 7-10 working days from the delivery date. After the mentioned days, the exchange will not be accepted.
- Used products cannot be exchanged.
- Products bought on code or promo will not be exchanged.

- How and when will I get my Refund?
PLEASE NOTE COURIER CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY CASE.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we’ll send you an email to confirm. You’ll receive your refund within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank, to the same payment method you used to purchase.
What is the procedure for sending back the product?
Follow these simple steps to send our product back.
- Complete Return Form
In case you didn’t receive the Return form contact Customer care or email.
- Repack properly and safely
Make sure exchange and return conditions are fulfilled.
- Deliver to us
Visit any trusted and nearest branch of courier and give them our details (name, address, contact)
Return address and details will be shared personally. Please contact customer care representative for address details.
